Worker was nice and offered suggestions! Came on a tuesday at 3pm and was able to find parking. I got the pistachio latte and it was good, i would probably get half pumps next time so i can taste more of the coffee !! Worth checking out, they have local art for sale and a wall of dog pictures.

you can order from a place cause it has great coffee , 10/10 it's probably a pick up order . but you don't remain loyal to those places it's all business . Ricardo who did an amazing job here is the reason I came inside and stayed to have a coffee . i loved the ambience and talking with him. A1 service and it outweighs the coffee in my opinion . he doesn't know I'm writing this review that's how good he is in fact so good I just made this Yelp account and this will be my first review .

HIDDEN GEM!! First time here! I curiously ordered the Tiramisu Latte and was delightfully surprised. Kinda like a caffiene dessert i always wanted. VERY SATISFIED! My GF ordered the Hojicha Latte. We've tried Hojicha from other places, and we both agreed Balcony Coffee does this drink justice. Very well made and would order again, for sure! There's nothing not to like about this place. The atmosphere, the drinks, the service -- everything works well and would recommend this place to all my friends looking for a good cup of a great variety of drinks. If I had to make one complaint, I'd have to say that my drink was so good, my GF drank half of mine and i was pretty bummed. The Clerk made us laugh tho, so I appreciated leaving with a smile. THANKS BALCONY COFFEE! We'll be back!!

Having abundant coffee shops in Ktown is such blessing that every time I'm around, there's always another one to try. Balcony is a well designed one with nice patio right next to it. They mainly serve coffee, but there are some pastries offered as your coffee companion. It's not overly crowded when I visited and my coffee was ready in a blink. First sip went to their signature house cold brew, which was slightly acidic but well balanced by the sweet and slightly salty cream on top. Once mixed, they're just flawless pair! If you fancied something slightly more creamy and more on sweeter end, opt for their Salted Caramel Latte. I got it with almond latte and fell for it. Bold coffee taste well complemented by the slapping syrup.

The coffee was so good. Looking at the plaza you wouldn't know how great the inside is and they do have some yummy looking food options. I would definitely come back again. The coffee was strong and that was the best part. The service was good and everything was done quickly. Ambiance is just like more coffee shops and I liked that the place was not overly loud. It was clean and pleasant

Charming little place. It appeared to be empty, but that's because everyone was sitting in the outdoor patio, which didn't feel like it was outdoors. I loved that it was not visible from the street or parking lot. Today I was not there for people watching or soaking up the scene. I just wanted some quiet time with a good drink which was what I got. Nice sized iced latte, by the way! It was delicious!

I don't usually get drinks like this, but the Tiramisu Latte (iced only) is sooooooo good. Delicious flavor on the cream top, just the right amount of sweetness, lovely texture. All around, a solid drink. I normally ask for half sweet on drinks that have sweetener in them but I didn't do that here and it's perfect. I would come back to try other things in the future, for sure! The people behind the counter were very helpful, friendly and fast! The space is cute, clean, simple. They have art up on the walls for sale and a Polaroid board of all the dogs that visit, so if you have yours with you, let them know, so your buddy can be added to the wall! There is a covered and shaded patio section with water features and plants...nice spot to chill and not feel like you're right in the middle of the big city! A nice spot to relax, work, or hang out with friends. It is small, but comfortable. They are in a plaza so there is even a parking lot! It's small but we had no trouble finding a space at 4:30p on a weekday. Will definitely return!

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the cafe right now. I was in the Los Feliz area and was looking for a coffee shop that also had parking and it was incredibly difficult. I found this spot on Yelp and someone noted there was parking in the plaza, and there was .. or is! Plenty of parking, and it was easy. I came in and it's super modern and chic. Simple menu, but simple is great when it's done right. The music is ambient and not too loud which is perfect for having conversations or just sitting with your phone / laptop. There's plenty of seating but not many higher table tops if you were trying to work from this cafe. There's also wifi available. I didnt realize it at first but there's a door inside that leads to another room with more seating and some plants! I ended up with the cold brew which is smooth and tasty. The 2 workers here are nice and the coffee is prompt. I like this spot! Would recommend.

Balcony Coffee And Tea is a small coffee shop located in Koreatown and apparently they serve coffee beans from Intelligentsia and Stumptown. Correction: Looks like the coffee shop now serves coffee from a small and local coffee roaster on a weekly basis & beans aren't from Intelligentsia and Stumptown as of Dec 2023. [Parking]: Small and tight parking lot, but there's a sign saying free valet parking. I came here at 1 PM on Saturday and did self-parking instead because I didn't see a valet parking person. [Amenities & Service]: Please note that the entrance door is slightly broken so customers will need to PULL the door to enter. The coffee shop has one unisex restroom and there's a cute greenhouse patio with plants facing N Western Ave. While interior decor is sleek, indoor tables aren't exactly ergonomic for laptop works/study. Service met all of basic expectations and I didn't wait too long on getting my drink. [Menu]: Flavored lattes include mocha, vanilla, Spanish, rose, pistachio, caramel, and tiramisu. One of Yelp highlighted drinks Brad Pitt is currently not listed on the menu. *** Rose Latte (hot - $6.50): Can't lie - everything was on the point from sweetness, rose syrup, and even rose aroma. Strong rose aroma and the drink was lightly sweetened & on a slightly less milky side. *** While I can't say it was the best latte I have ever had, it was still a 5-star worthy latte. Overall this shop is worth a visit for anyone stopping by Koreatown.

Balcony is a cute and fun Café on Western in the Koreatown área. It's nice to find an indy café which is getting more difficult. It's a nice ambience with excellent cappuccino, electric for laptops, phones. The service staff is professional and friendly. Prices are on the high side. They also have sandwiches.
